Connect Organisations With Skills

We’re looking for someone that will manage the volunteer database. You’ll be the gateway to opportunity for these volunteers and you’ll be linking them with the right volunteer role. This is a real opportunity to shape the continent by placing skilled professionals in roles that will improve African organisations.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process

  • Manage the database of volunteers

  • Liaise with Organisation Liaison Officer

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management where applicable e.g. DBS checks etc.

  • Report to: HR consult with metrics

Hours per week: 3-4 hours (You can set the time based on your availability)
